Leon has served three years as Treasurer for GCTC, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors. He is a past President of Kiwanis, past Treasurer for the Gibson County Horticultural and Agricultural Society, and currently serves on the board for the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce. He was also Scoutmaster for Troop 232 for over twenty-five years.

Leon is an attorney and owner and President of Broadway Title, Inc. He and his wife Jackie reside in Princeton and have three sons and seven grandchildren.

Leon was privileged to be allowed to do a walk-on for the production of M*A*S*H. and is honored to serve on the board of GCTC.
